Flat Bread and Hummus
Home made flat bread and hummus is something that I find really comforting to eat. I first fell in love with hummus on a trip to Israel and I haven’t looked back since then.
It’s one food that makes me feel like I could be vegetarian but I often make it a more filling meal by adding grilled chicken or Pork belly slices.
Here’s my simple recipe for yoghurt flat bread
Yoghurt Flat bread

- Once it comes together, place on a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth
- Place in a bowl, cover and leave to rest for 30 - 45 minutes
To Cook
- Place a non stick pan on a medium heat
- Roll out a small portion of dough to fit the base of the pan
- Place on the hot pan (you can brush with olive oil or melted butter)
